In order to avoid safety accidents in the production process,aiming at RH170B"swing system out of control"fault,the article analyzes the working principle and fault causes of equipment swing system,and formulates the preventive measures.The research results show that the occurrence of the failure conforms to the characteristics of the swing system,and the formulated measures can effectively control the"swing system out of control"fault and avoid the occurrence of accidents,which can provide reference for same type equipment of all mining areas.
