摘要
目的探讨疼痛微创手术患者术前口服营养液缩短禁饮时间的效果。方法选取2018年2月—5月在本院疼痛科住院的100例患者作为对照组,2018年6月—10月在本院疼痛科住院的100例患者作为试验组。试验组患者术前6 h禁食,术前2h口服营养液200 mL,比较两组患者术前禁食时间、口渴、饥饿、血糖值及术中恶心、呕吐、低血糖症状发生率及对禁食方案的满意度。结果两组患者术前禁食时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者禁饮时间较对照组短,术前口渴、饥饿发生率较对照组低,血糖值较对照组稳定,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者术中恶心、呕吐、误吸及低血糖症状发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组认为术前禁食禁饮时间过长的例数较对照组少,术前禁食禁饮时间满意度高于对照组,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术前口服营养液可有效缩短疼痛微创手术患者术前禁饮时间,减少术前口渴、饥饿且不增加术中并发症,提高患者满意度。
Objective To study the effect of oral administration of carbohydrate drink 2 hours before the surgery during liquid-fasting period in patients taking minimally invasive pain-relief surgery.Methods One hundred inpatients in the Department of Pain from June 2018 to October 2018 were assigned to the study group and 100 inpatients in the department from February to May,2018 were assigned to the control group.The patients in the study group were kept with the preoperative fasting,but were administered with 200 mL of carbohydrate drink 2 hours before the surgery.The two groups were compared with the preoperative fasting time,thirst,hunger,blood sugar,and the incident rates of intraoperative nausea,vomiting,hypoglycemia and the satisfaction to the fasting.Results There was no significant difference in fasting time(P>0.05)between the groups.In comparison with the control group,the time for liquid fasting in the study group was significantly shorter,the incident rates of preoperative thirst and hunger was significantly lower and the blood sugar was more stable(P<0.05).The number of patients who complained a prolonged preoperative diet and liquid fasting in the study group was less than that of the control group,together with a higher rate of satisfaction.However,there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of carbohydrate drink 2 hours before surgery shortens the time of liquid fasting in patients takaing minimally invasive pain relieve surgery,alleviates the thirst and hunger and raises the patient satisfaction.It does not cause more surgery related complication.
