胰岛素可溶性微针聚合物材料的初步筛选 被引量:4

摘要 目的筛选最佳复合处方,并对其制备的胰岛素可溶性微针进行表征。方法采用离心入模方法,选择常见高分子材料,分别以单一和复合的方式将聚合物材料制备成可溶性微针,并以成形性、机械性和吸湿性为指标进行评价。结果最佳胰岛素可溶性微针的制备处方:硫酸软骨素和聚维酮K90比例为1∶1,胰岛素、硫酸软骨素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K90和pH为2的盐酸溶液质量分数分别为40%、7%、7%和46%。结论制备的胰岛素可溶性微针成形性好,力学性能优良,且微针硬度大,不易吸湿,可顺利穿刺皮肤。 Objective To screen the best compound prescription and to characterize the insulin soluble microneedles prepared accordingly.Methods Common polymer materials were centrifuged and selected.The insulin dissolving microneedles were prepared by various polymer materials in a single or composite manner.The moldability,mechanical properties and hygroscopicity were evaluated.Results The best prescription for insulin soluble microneedles was as follows:chondroitin sulfate and povidone K90 at the ratio of 1:1;and the mass fractions of insulin,chondroitin sulfate,povidone K90 and pH2 hydrochloric acid solution were 40%,7%,7%and 46%respectively.Conclusion The prepared insulin microneedles have good formability and mechanical properties,with proper hardness,fair moisture absorbance and smooth penetion.
