摘要
目的分离、鉴定白花蛇舌草的内生真菌。方法利用PDA培养基分离纯化白花蛇舌草的内生真菌,基于5.8S-ITS测序技术对内生真菌进行鉴定,并通过MEGA 7.0软件用最大似然法构建系统发育树。结果从河南确山地区人工栽培的白花蛇舌草中分离出11株内生真菌,鉴定为4个不同的属,分别为尾孢属(Cercospora),镰刀菌属(Fusarium),白杯丝座孢属(Xepicula)和链格孢属(Alternaria)。结论本研究首次对白花蛇舌草的内生真菌进行了分离与鉴定,结果表明该产地白花蛇舌草中可培养的内生真菌群落结构较为单一。
Objective To isolate and identify the endophytic fungi from the traditional Chinese herb Hedyotis diffusa.Methods PDA medium was used to isolate endophytic fungi from Hedyotis diffusa,and the obtained strains were identified by 5.8S-ITS sequencing technique.The phylogenetic tree was constructed by Maximum Likelihood method with MEGA 7.0 software.Results Eleven strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Hedyotis diffusa from Queshan County.They were identified as 4 genera,namely Cercospora,Fusarium,Xepicula,and Alternaria.Conclusion Endophytic fungi have been seperated from Hedyotis diffusa for the first time.The community structure of the culturable endophytic fungi from Hedyotis diffusa is simple.
