青藤属植物化学成分和药理作用研究进展

Advances in the chemical constituents and biological activities of Illigera genus

莲叶桐科青藤属植物在我国西南少数民族聚集区有广泛的应用历史。通过文献调研,青藤属植物主要含有生物碱类、萜类、酚酸类等化学成分,具有解热镇痛、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗血栓以及抑制胆碱酯酶等作用。本文系统地综述了青藤属植物的化学成分和药理作用,为进一步促进民族地区特色植物资源的开发利用提供依据。

The medicinal plants of Illigera genus(Hernandiaceae)were extensively used for the treatment of some diseases,especially in the southwest districts of China.Phytochemical investigation on this genus resulted in the isolation of alkaloids,terpenoids,and phenols and etc.,which showed antipyretic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anticancer,antithrombotic,and anticholinesterase activities.The chemical compositions and biological activities of Illigera genus were comprehensively summarized in this review,aiming to provide reference for further development and utilization of Illigera medicinal plants.
