不同炮制方法对苍术中苍术素含量及苍术特征图谱的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察不同炮制方法对苍术中苍术素的含量和特征图谱的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法建立苍术的特征图谱,以乙腈和0.5%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,流速为1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为220 nm,进样量为20μL;采用晒干、烘干、麸炒、炒焦4种炮制方法探讨茅苍术和北苍术中苍术素的含量变化,并比较其特征图谱的差异。结果茅苍术与北苍术经过不同方法炮制后,苍术素的含量为:晒干法>烘干法>麸炒法>炒焦法;建立了不同炮制方法下茅、北苍术的特征图谱。结论建立的苍术不同炮制品的特征图谱方法简便,精密度高,重复性和稳定性良好,可用于研究炮制方法对苍术各成分的影响。 Objective To determine the effect of different processing methods on the content and characteristic spectrum of atractylodin in Atractylodis Rhizoma.Methods The characteristic chromatogram of Atractylodis Rhizoma was determined by HPLC.Acetonitrile and 0.5%phosphoric acid was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution,the column temperature was 30℃,the flow rate was 1 mL·min^(-1),the detection wavelength was 220 nm,and the injection volume was 20μL.Sun drying,drying,bran frying and scorching were used to determine the content changes of atractylodin in Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC and Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)koidz,and compare the difference in characteristic spectrum.Results The content of atractylodin in Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC and Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)koidz processed by different methods was as follows:sun drying method>drying method>bran frying method>scorching method.The content of atractylodin showed significant difference by different methods.A set of research methods of characteristic spectrum of Atractylodis Rhizoma was established,and the characteristic spectrum of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC and Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)koidz with different processing methods was also made.Conclusion The characteristic chromatogram of different processed products of Atractylodis Rhizoma is simple,precise,repeatable and stable,which can be used to further determine the influence of processing methods on the components of Atractylodis Rhizoma.
