重症肺炎作为临床危重症,具有高发病率和高死亡率的特点,一直是困扰临床医师的重要难题。随着新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的出现与发展,重症肺炎的中医治疗及中西医结合治疗再次成为临床医师的关注热点。目前针对重症肺炎的中医治疗或中西医结合治疗的临床干预时机和切入点方面的理论研究较少,因此开展关于重症肺炎的中医药干预方面的理论研究具有重要的临床指导意义。

As a clinical critical illness,severe pneumonia has the characteristics of high morbidity and high mortality,and has always been a key problem contributing to a growing quandary for clinicians.With the emergence and development of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),Chinese medicine treatment for severe pneumonia has once again attracted the attention of clinicians.However,there are few theoretical studies on the clinical intervention timing and entry of Chinese medicine treatment or integrated Chinese and western medicine for severe pneumonia,so it is of great clinical guiding significance to carry out theoretical study on the intervention of Chinese medicine for severe pneumonia.
