摘要
针对大断面回风顺槽变形大难以满足生产需求的问题,以三元煤业4302大断面回风顺槽为背景,分析了采动对围岩稳定性的影响,发现存在支护时机不对、仅用W钢带、角锚索布置不对等因素,提出了“锚索+角锚索+钢带+菱形网+钢梁+钢筋梯+组合锚索”的支护对策。工程实践结果表明,优化后的巷道控制效果较好。
In view of the problem that the large section return air chute is deformed greatly and difficult to meet the production demand,the influence of mining on the stability of surrounding rock is analyzed theoretically based on the 4302 large section of Sanyuan Coal Industry.It is found that there are some factors,such as wrong supporting time,only w steel belt and wrong arrangement of angle anchor cable.The supporting countermeasures of"anchor cable+angle anchor cable+steel belt+diamond mesh+steel beam+steel ladder+combined anchor cable"are put forward.The engineering practice results show that the optimized roadway control effect is better.
