大埋深综放工作面机尾段合茬工艺应用

摘要 煤矿受地质条件、埋藏深等影响,综放工作面多为不规则布置,为提高工作面的单产水平和资源回收率,在推采过程中需要进行工作面合茬。综放工作面支架、运输机等设备吨位重、尺寸大,给合茬工作增加难度。通过合理优化采煤工艺、设备布置、加强顶板管理等措施,确保合茬工作安全有序完成,确保了综放工作面的稳产高产。 Due to the influence of geological conditions and buried depth,the fully mechanized top coal caving face is mostly irregular layout.In order to improve the unit yield level and resource recovery rate of the working face,it is necessary to combine the working face in the process of pushing and mining.The heavy tonnage and large size of supports and transporters in fully mechanized top coal caving face increase the difficulty of stubble combination.Through the reasonable optimization of coal mining technology,equipment layout,strengthening roof management and other measures,ensure the safe and orderly completion of stubble work,ensure the stable and high yield of fully mechanized caving face.
