摘要
为解决象山矿切顶留巷尾巷瓦斯超限问题,采用新型薄喷材料喷涂在采空区侧巷帮进行封闭,研究提出新型薄喷材料技术方案及施工工艺,在巷帮形成了一层3~8 mm厚的封闭涂层,涂层拉伸变形大于30%,尾巷瓦斯浓度降低26.7%,有效防止了瓦斯的逸出。
In order to solve the problem of gas overrun in the tail lane of cutting roof and retaining lane in Xiangshan Mine,a new type of thin spray material is used to spray on the side lane of goaf for sealing.The technical scheme and construction technology of new type of thin spray material are studied and put forward.A 3-8 mm thick sealing coating is formed on the side lane.The tensile deformation of the coating is greater than 30%,and the gas concentration in the tail lane is reduced by 26.7%,which effectively prevents gas overflow.
