摘要
为解决煤矿井下带式输送机软启动及设备保护和电力浪费问题,通过研究液力耦合器软启动原理和存在的缺陷,对比研究变频调速系统功能的实现,带式输送机变频调速系统解决液力耦合器易损坏设备、启动电流冲击大及多电机驱动功率不平衡等问题。采用变频调速系统时,皮带电机启动电流和冲击力均较小,运行平稳可靠,降低启动时对电网的冲击和对设备的损坏,可实现重载启动和根据负载量自动调速,提高了煤矿企业经济效益。
In order to solve the problems of soft start,equipment protection and power waste of belt conveyor in coal mine,the paper studies the principle and defects of hydraulic coupler soft start,compares the realization of frequency conversion speed regulation system function,and solves the problems of hydraulic coupler vulnerable equipment,large starting current impact and multi motor drive power imbalance.When the frequency conversion speed regulation system is adopted,the starting current and impact force of the belt motor are small,the operation is stable and reliable,the impact on the power grid and the damage to the equipment during the starting are reduced,the heavy load starting and automatic speed regulation according to the load can be realized,and the economic benefit of the coal mine enterprise is improved.
