布地奈德混悬液(雾化吸入)对咽炎合并声带水肿患者的临床效果及价值体会

Clinical effect and value of budesonide suspension(nebulized inhalation)on patients with pharyngitis and vocal cord edema

目的探究布地奈德混悬液(雾化吸入)对咽炎合并声带水肿患者的临床效果及价值。方法以2016年1月-2020年1月咽炎并声带水肿患者100例为研究对象,采用动态随机化法,进行分组,其中对照组治疗中,雾化吸入地塞米松,实验组治疗中,雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液,分析2组患者,其治疗结果的差异。结果总有效率相比,实验组更高,P<0.05;咽炎消失时间、声带水肿消失时间相比,实验组更低,P<0.05;不良反应发生率相比,2组差异较小(P>0.05)。结论咽炎并声带水肿治疗中,实施布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入干预,效果好,同时可缩短康复的时间,具有较高的安全性,意义重大。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and value of budesonide suspension(nebulized inhalation)on patients with pharyngitis and vocal cord edema.Methods A total of 100 patients with pharyngitis and vocal cord edema from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The differences in treatment results between the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the experimental group,the total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the experimental group,the disappearance time of pharyngitis and vocal cord edema was lower(P<0.05).There was a small difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pharyngitis and vocal cord edema,budesonide suspension atomization inhalation intervention is effective,and the recovery time of azo can be improved,with high safety and great significance.
