集束化护理对于小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿症状的改善研究

Study on the improvement of cluster nursing for children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction

目的分析对小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻使用集束化护理的效果。方法2018年1~2019年12月,选择在我院儿科就诊的42例小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿,随机分组,21例研究组,用集束化护理,21例对照组,用常规护理,对两组的PaCO_(2)、PaO_(2)、SpO_(2)指标,护理满意度进行对比。结果与对照组的结果比较分析,研究组的的PaCO_(2)、PaO_(2)、SpO_(2)指标改善(P<0.05),护理满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论对小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻使用集束化护理,临床效果显著,患儿症状改善,护理满意度提高,具有应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing for children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,42 pediatric patients with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 21 cases in the study group with clustered care and 21 cases in the control group with conventional care,Compare the PaCO2,PaO2,SpO2 indicators and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results Compared with the results of the control group,the PaCO2,PaO2,and SpO2 indicators of the study group improved(P<0.05),and nursing satisfaction increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clustered nursing for children with acute laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction has significant clinical effects,improved symptoms of children,and increased nursing satisfaction,which has practical value.
