综合护理干预对耳鼻喉手术术后疼痛程度效果

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain of Otorhinolaryngology surgery

目的分析评价综合护理干预对耳鼻喉手术患者术后疼痛程度效果。方法选取我院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的84例耳鼻喉手术患者为研究对象,其中,观察组给予术后综合护理干预方法,对照组给予术后常规护理方法,比较两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组在疼痛VAS评分、SAS、SDS评分以及护理总满意度方面无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组疼痛VAS评分、疼痛VAS评分均低于对照组,两组数据差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度为95.24%,比对照组的71.43%更高,两组数据差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理干预效果显著,具备推广及使用的价值。

Objective PurposeTo analyze and evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain in patients with otolaryngology.Methods 84 cases of otorhinolaryngology treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected,Among them,The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention method after operation,The control group was given postoperative routine nursing methods,The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,There was no significant difference in pain VAS score,SAS、SDS score and total nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,The scores of pain VAS and pain VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,Data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%,Higher than 71.43%in the control group,Data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective,It has the value of promotion and use.
