标准化内镜检查技术培训在耳鼻喉科临床带教中的应用

Application of standardized endoscopy technique training in clinical teaching in otolaryngology

目的探究标准化内镜检查技术培训在耳鼻喉科临床带教中的应用效果。方法将近期在我院耳鼻喉科内镜室实习的50名实习生作为主要研究对象,将2018年6月至2019年5月期间我院尚未实施标准化内镜检查技术培训时进行实习的25名实习生作为对照组;另选取2019年6月至2020年6月期间我院实施标准化内镜检查技术培训后进行实习的25名实习生作为观察组。对比2组实习生的教学满意度以及考试成绩。结果经比较可知,观察组的考试成绩相较于对照组明显更优,组间指标差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将标准化内镜检查技术培训应用于耳鼻喉科临床带教中,能够有效提高实习生的考试成绩,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of standardized endoscopy technique training in clinical teaching of otolaryngology.Method 50 interns who have recently practiced in the endoscopy room of the Department of Otolaryngology in our hospital were selected as the main research objects,and 25 internships were conducted during the period from June 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital when the standardized endoscopy technology training was not implemented.Two interns were selected as the control group;25 interns who were trained in standardized endoscopy techniques in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group.Compare the teaching satisfaction and test scores of the two groups of interns.Results The comparison showed that the teaching satisfaction rate of the control group was 63.00%.The teaching satisfaction rate and test scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the index difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of standardized endoscopy technique training to clinical teaching in otolaryngology can effectively improve the teaching satisfaction and test scores of interns,and is worthy of promotion and application.
