摘要 本文研究了加入石墨和CaCO3 两种造孔材料对陶瓷结合剂性能的影响。通过改变加入量和烧结工艺 ,制备不同的试样 ,通过测定其抗折强度、气孔率和SEM照片观察 ,结果发现 :石墨加入量和烧结温度影响陶瓷结合剂强度 ;当石墨加入量较少 ,烧结温度较低时 ,其强度较好 ;CaCO3 的加入量对磨具的抗折强度影响不明显 ,但影响成孔的尺寸 ,在允许的范围内加入量越多 ,得到的气孔尺寸越大 ,气孔分布均匀 ,孔壁光滑 ;CaCO3 The performances of vitrified bond influenced by the addition of two kinds of pore inducing materials namely graphite and CaCO 3 are studied. The various samples were prepared by changing additive content and sintering process, and then tested by measuring their bending strength and porosity and by SEM observation. The results are as follows: the strength of vitrified bond mainly depends on the content of graphite additive and the sintering temperature; better mechanical strength of samples sintered at lower temperature is obtained when additive content of graphite is low; the additive content of CaCO 3 has no obvious effect on the bending strength of abrasive tools, but on the size of pore induced; in the range of allowable additive content, the higher the content of CaCO 3, the bigger the pore size; the distribution of pore the sample is homogeneous and the inside wall is smooth; the pore inducing effect of CaCO 3 is better than that of graphite.
