关于车门防水性能提升的设计研究

摘要 文章主要解决一款商用车驾驶室车门防水问题,并对防水性能提升进行设计研究。在生产的过程中车门和驾驶室装配固定连接,车门防水由于受到车门钣金、车门密封条零部件、车门电器线束、防水膜等多方面因素的影响,一直都是车门系统设计的重要环节之一,通过对车门钣金间和门框钣金间隙控制、门框密封截面、档水条密封截面流水方向引导、车门线束及拉丝固定的布置、同时防水膜隔音棉一体式结构控制要求等,提升车门系统防水和其周边相关零部件匹配要求。经过设计控制措施对该车车门系统防水结构设计研究进行实际验证。结果对每一台车淋雨试验,解决防水车门系统漏水问题。从而提高了驾驶员舒适性和保障安全生产的工作环境。 This paper mainly solves the waterproof problem of a commercial vehicle cab door,and studies the design of improving the waterproof performance.In the process of production,the door and cab are assembled and fixed.The waterproof of the door is always one of the important links of the door system design because of the influence of many factors,such as the door sheet metal,the door sealing strip parts,the door electrical wiring harness,the waterproof film and so on Guide,door wiring harness and wire drawing fixed layout,at the same time,waterproof membrane and sound insulation cotton integrated structure control requirements,improve the door system waterproof and its surrounding related parts matching requirements.Through the design control measures,the waterproof structure design of the car door system is verified.Results the problem of water leakage of waterproof door system was solved by rain test for each vehicle.So as to improve the driver's comfort and ensure the safe production of the working environment.
