摘要
文章介绍了混合动力汽车基于功能安全分析的扭矩管理设计流程,按照该流程,需要首先对扭矩管理的功能安全相关项进行分析,然后对其潜在危害进行分析并开展风险评估,依据该评估结果确定扭矩管理功能安全等级。为实现该等级的功能安全,文章详细介绍了采用主辅MCU的三层监控架构的扭矩管理策略。
The design process of torque management based on functional safety analysis for hybrid electric vehicle is introduced in this paper.According to this process,it is necessary to analyze the items related to functional safety of torque management firstly,then its potential hazards and risk assessment are carried out.Based on the assessment results,the functional safety level of torque management is determined at last.In order to achieve this functional safety level,the torque management strategy with the three-layers architecture for monitoring and control,which is realized with a main MCU and auxiliary one,is introduced in detail in this paper.
