重卡线束布置原则及固定方式浅析

Analysis on the Arrangement Principle and Fixing Method of Heavy Truck Wire Harness

随着汽车可靠性、安全性的提高,电子电气技术被广泛地运用到其中,电器件使用频率越来越高,使得汽车上电路数量及用电量也在不断地增加,对于整车的线束布置设计要求也越来越复杂化。文章以商用车整车线束布置为核心,明确整车线束三维布置设计原则,提出整车线束布置方式,分析整车线束布置中应注意的问题,提高整车线束布置的合理性和科学性。

With the improvement of the reliability and safety of automobiles,electronic and electrical technology is widely used in them,and the use frequency of electrical parts is becoming higher and higher,which makes the number of circuits and power consumption of automobiles increase continuously,and also makes the wiring harness layout design require-ments for the whole vehicle more and more complicated.This paper focuses on the wiring harness layout of commercial vehicles,clarifies the design principles of three-dimensional wiring harness layout of whole vehicles,puts forward the wiring harness layout of whole vehicles,analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to in wiring harness layout of whole vehicles,and improves the rationality and scientificity of wiring harness layout of whole vehicles.
