摘要 热力管道与其它市政给排水管道不同,在工作状态及回冷状态下因热胀冷缩释放应力,这也必然会管道产生相应的位移,在经过各种阀门井、热力站、热源厂等建筑物的墙体时,既要保证管道经过墙体处的位移释放,又要保证过孔处的防水问题,特别地下水位较高的地方,热力管道进出墙壁处的防水问题很难得到有效的解决。本文结合工程实际,并与业内厂商、专家进行交流沟通,研究了一种新型热力专用防水复合套管,既能满足热位移的有效释放,又能达到有效防水的目的。 The thermal pipeline is different from other municipal water supply and drainage pipelines. In the working state and cooling state, the release of stress due to thermal expansion and contraction will inevitably produce corresponding displacement. Especially when passing through the walls of various valve wells, thermal stations, heat source plants and other buildings, it is necessary to ensure the release of displacement at the wall where the pipeline passes through, as well as the waterproof problem at the hole, especially when the underground water level is high It is difficult to solve the waterproof problem of the heat pipe in and out of the wall. In this paper, combined with the engineering practice, and communicate with manufacturers and experts in the industry, a new type of thermal special waterproof composite casing is studied, which can not only meet the effective release of thermal displacement, but also achieve the purpose of effective waterproof.
