对口帮扶下南疆中职教学诊断与改进的探索实践

摘要 新疆维吾尔自治区示范性职业院校对口帮扶南疆中职学校的工作重点是学校内涵建设,其中教学诊断与改进是提升学校内涵建设的有力抓手。在对口帮扶机制下,充分发挥帮扶学校和帮扶干部的优势,结合被帮扶学校的实际情况,从学校、专业、课程、教师和学生五个层面选取可操作的诊断点进行了有益的探索和实践。 The key work of model vocational schools in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region offering counterpart assistance to secondary vocational schools in southern Xinjiang is the connotation construction of schools. Teaching diagnosis and improvement is a powerful way to improve the connotation construction of schools. Under the counterpart assistance mechanism, giving full play to the advantages of the supporting schools and the supporting cadres, combing the actual situation of the supported schools, and selecting the operable diagnosis points from the five aspects of school, major, curriculum, teacher and student, has carried out beneficial exploration and practice.
