轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者血清维生素D水平的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of serum vitamin D level in patients with minor recurrent aphthous stomatitis

目的系统评价轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡(MiRAS)患者血清维生素D水平,为MiRAS的防治提供理论依据。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Wiley、Sciencedirect、The Cochrane Library、CNKI、万方和维普数据库,搜集国内外发表的有关轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者血清维生素D水平的横断面研究和病例-对照研究。检索时限均为2001年1月至2020年1月。检索策略采用主题词与自由词相结合的方式。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取相关数据并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇相关文献,包含733例研究对象,其中MiRAS患者350例,对照组383例。Meta分析结果显示,MiRAS患者血清维生素D水平显著低于健康人群[MD=-7.17 ng/ml,95%CI(-11.16,-3.19),P<0.00001,I2=89%]。结论低水平的血清维生素D含量可能与RAS存在一定的相关性,但无法证明两者间的因果关系。

Objective To systematically evaluate the serum vitamin D level in patients with minor recurrent aphthous stomatitis(MiRAS),and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of MiRAS.Methods The databases of PubMed,Wiley,Sciencedirect,The Cochrane Library,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang and VIP were searched by computer to collect cross-sectional research and case-control research on serum vitamin D level of patients with MiRAS published at home and abroad.The retrieval time was from January 2001 to January 2020,and the retrieval strategy adopted the combination of subject words and free words.Two researchers independently screened the literatures,extracted relevant data and evaluated the risk of bias in the included research,and then used Stata 12.0 software for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 7 related literatures were included,containing 733 subjects,in which there were 350 patients with MiRAS and 383 patients in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that the serum vitamin D level of patients with MiRAS was significantly lower than that of healthy people[MD=-7.17 ng/ml,95%CI(-11.16,-3.19),P<0.00001,I2=89%].Conclusion Current evidence shows that low levels of serum vitamin D may be associated with RAS,but the causal relationship between them cannot be proved.
