精神分裂症患者服用奥氮平所致代谢综合征的研究进展

Research progress of metabolic syndrome caused by taking olanzapine in schizophrenic patients

抗精神病药是目前临床治疗精神分裂症的重要手段,且以非典型抗精神病药最为常见。随着近年来对第二代抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症的研究日益深入,许多学者亦开始重视药物治疗引起的不良反应。奥氮平治疗精神分裂症所致的代谢综合征主要临床表现包括肥胖、高血压以及糖脂代谢紊乱等,如何有效改善奥氮平所致代谢综合征具有重要意义。本文对精神分裂症患者服用奥氮平所致代谢综合征的中西医相关研究进行综述,以期为相关诊治提供参考依据。

Antipsychotics are important means to treat schizophrenia in clinic, and atypical antipsychotics are the most common. With the deepening research in the treatment of schizophrenia with the second-generation antipsychotics in recent years, many scholars have begun to pay attention to the adverse reactions caused by drug treatment. The main clinical manifestations of olanzapine in the treatment of metabolic syndrome caused by schizophrenia include obesity, hypertension and disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism. How to effectively improve metabolic syndrome caused by olanzapine is of great significance. In this paper, the related research of Chinese and western medicine on metabolic syndrome caused by taking olanzapine in schizophrenic patients was reviewed, so as to provide reference for related diagnosis and treatment.
