基于脾肾两虚论治疗痛风性关节炎用药探讨

Investigation on the medication for gouty arthritis based on deficiency theory of both spleen and kidney

近年来,我国痛风发病率逐年上升,且其发病有年轻化趋势。单纯西药治疗虽可缓解症状,但用药过程中常伴随不良反应,且停药后痛风症状易复发。中医药治疗痛风已有一定历史,并根据国内外研究,证实其疗效可靠,安全性高,值得推广。传统中医认为痛风起病内因为脾肾两虚,外因为邪气侵人,本文将基于脾肾两虚论治疗痛风性关节炎进行用药探讨,以期为临床防治痛风性关节炎提供参考。

In recent years,the incidence of gout in China has increased year by year,and its occurrence tends to be in younger ages.Although western medicine alone can relieve symptoms,it is often accompanied with adverse reactions in the course of medication,and gout symptoms are easy to relapse after drug withdrawal.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a relatively long history in treating gout,and according to domestic and foreign research,it has been proved that its therapeutic efficacy is accurate and reliable,with high safety,and is worthy of promotion.It is believed by TCM theory that the internal origin of gout is due to deficiency of both spleen and kidney,and the external origin is due to pathogenic invasion.The treatment of gouty arthritis based on the deficiency theory of both spleen and kidney is investigated in this paper,so as to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of gouty arthritis.
