小儿推拿在儿童腹泻治疗中的应用效果

Evaluation of therapeutic efficacy of pediatric massage in the treatment of children with diarrhea

目的评价小儿推拿在儿童腹泻治疗中的疗效。方法选取吉林省吉林中西医结合医院2018年6月至2020年6月收治的腹泻患儿118例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,参照组59例患儿采用常规药物进行治疗,研讨组59例患儿在此基础上联合运用小儿推拿治疗,对其疗效进行分析评价。结果治疗首日两组患儿的日腹泻次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研讨组治疗次日、第3日、第4日的日腹泻次数均低于参照组,且研讨组的治疗总有效率为94.92%,高于参照组的72.88%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿在儿童腹泻治疗中的疗效良好,且操作简便、安全稳定,不但可有效治疗腹泻,还可不断提高患儿的免疫力、抵抗力,可积极推广。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of pediatric massage in the treatment of children with diarrhea.Methods A total of 118 children with diarrhea admitted to Jilin Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=59)and the study group(n=59)by the random number table method.Children of the control group were treated with conventional drugs,while those of the study group were treated with pediatric massage on this basis.The therapeutic efficacy was analyzed and evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in the number of diarrhea between the two groups on the first day of treatment(P>0.05).The daily diarrhea frequencies of the study group on the next day,the third day and the fourth day were all lower than those of the control group,and the total efficacy rate of the study group was 94.92%,higher than 72.88%of the control group,all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The pediatric massage has a good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of their diarrhea,which is simple,safe and stable.It can not only effectively treat diarrhea,but also continuously improve the immunity and resistance of children,which can be positively promoted.
