手术室舒适护理在晚期早产儿急诊剖宫产中的应用研究

Research on the application of comfortable nursing of advanced premature infants in operating room of emergency cesarean section

目的探讨手术室舒适护理在晚期早产儿急诊剖宫产中的应用价值。方法选取广东省农垦中心医院2018年12月至2020年3月行晚期早产儿急诊剖宫产的90例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组采用手术室常规护理,观察组则采用手术室舒适护理。比较两组产妇焦虑和应激指标,产妇、产妇家属、护理人员和医生的满意度。结果在胎儿娩出后1 h时,观察组的数字评分法(NRS)评分、状态焦虑表(S-AI)评分、胰岛素浓度和血浆皮质醇浓度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇、产妇家属和医生的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在晚期早产儿急诊剖宫产中采用手术室舒适护理可降低产妇焦虑度和应激程度,同时也可提高产妇满意度、产妇家属满意度和医生满意度。

Objective To investigate the application value of comfortable nursing of advanced premature infants in operating room of emergency cesarean section.Methods A total of 90 pregnant women who underwent emergency cesarean section for advanced premature infants in Central Hospital of Guangdong Nongken from December 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The control group was treated with conventional nursing in the operating room,while the observation group was treated with comfortable nursing in the operating room.Maternal anxiety,stress indexes,maternal satisfaction,maternal family’s satisfaction,and nursing staff and doctors’satisfaction between the two groups were statistically compared.Results After 1 hour after delivery,the NRS score,S-AI score,insulin concentration and plasma cortisol concentration in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The maternal satisfaction,maternal family’s satisfaction and doctors’satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing in operating room of emergency cesarean section of advanced premature infants can reduce maternal anxiety and stress degree,and also improve maternal satisfaction,maternal family’s satisfaction and doctors’satisfaction.
