护理干预对胃肠镜下息肉术后低血糖反应的影响

Analysis on the impacts of nursing intervention on hypoglycemic reaction of postoperative gastrointestinal endoscopy polypectomy

目的调查护理干预对胃肠镜下息肉摘除术患者术后低血糖反应的影响。方法选择2019年6月至2020年6月合肥市第二人民医院开展胃肠镜下息肉摘除术患者64例为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例,分别给予常规护理、预防性护理管理,比较两组患者术后低血糖发生率、血糖水平、术后康复时间、护理满意度、生活质量。结果观察组患者低血糖发生率为3.1%,对照组发生率为18.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前两组患者血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后观察组患者血糖水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者胃肠道通气时间、排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为96.9%,高于对照组的81.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组患者生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展预防性护理管理能够促进患者术后康复,缩短康复时间,降低术后低血糖发生率、改善患者血糖水平,提升患者护理满意度和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the impacts of nursing intervention on hypoglycemic reaction in patients undergoing postoperative gastrointestinal endoscopy polypectomy.Methods A total of 64 cases of gastrointestinal endoscopy polypectomy in the Second People’s Hospital of Hefei from June 2019 to June 2020.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=32).They were given conventional nursing and preventive nursing management,respectively.The incidence of postoperative hypoglycemia,blood glucose level,postoperative rehabilitation time,nursing satisfaction and quality of life(QoL)were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 3.1%,while that in the control group was 18.8%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After operation,the blood glucose level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Gastrointestinal ventilation time,defecation time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.9%,higher than 81.3%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in QoL between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the QoL of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing management can promote patients’postoperative rehabilitation,shorten rehabilitation time,reduce the incidence of postoperative hypoglycemia,improve patients’blood glucose level,and improve patients’nursing satisfaction and QoL.
