摘要
某钢厂在工程机械刃具用低合金钢30CrMnB研制过程中,以C-Mn成分为基础,添加适量的Cr、B、Ti等细化晶粒、提高淬透性元素,同时对关键的N含量和H含量进行研究,设计出合理的成分体系以及与之匹配的冶炼、轧制和热处理工艺。对试验钢板的力学性能、焊接性能和耐磨性能进行检测,结果表明:试验钢板的综合力学性能优良,焊接性能和耐磨性能良好,耐磨性能比普通刃具钢提高40%。
During the development of 30CrMnB low alloy steel for cutting tools of engineering machinery in a steelworks,rational composition system and corresponding melting,rolling and heat treatment process are designed by adding proper amounts of grain refinement and hardenability improvement elements such as Cr,B and Ti and studying the critical contents of nitrogen and hydrogen on the basis of C-Mn composition system.The mechanical properties,weldability and wear resistance of the experimental steel plate are tested.The results show that the experimental steel plate possesses excellent comprehensive mechanical properties,good weldability and wear resistance,among which the wear resistance is 40%higher than that of ordinary cutting tool steel.
