脑胶质瘤相关性癫痫治疗的研究进展

脑肿瘤相关性癫痫较为少见。而脑胶质瘤,尤其是在低级别脑胶质瘤中,超过一半的患者以癫痫为首发症状就诊。脑胶质瘤相关性癫痫发病机制尚不明确,其发病率与大脑中肿瘤的部位相关。针对脑胶质瘤相关性癫痫的治疗,目前包括药物、手术、放疗以及化疗等方案。药物选择上左乙拉西坦具有众多优点,越来越受到关注。手术中最大程度切除肿瘤可降低术后癫痫的发生率。对于手术、药物难以控制的癫痫,放化疗可作为一种选择,但任何治疗必须遵循个体化原则。

Brain tumor associated epilepsy is rare.In gliomas,especially in low-grade gliomas,epilepsy is the first symptom in more than half of the patients.The pathogenesis of gliomas associated epilepsy is still unclear,and its incidence is related to the location of tumors in the brain.At present,the treatment of glioma associated epilepsy includes drug,surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.As for drug selection,levetiracetam has many advantages,which is attracting more and more attention.The maximum resection of tumor can reduce the incidence of postoperative epilepsy.For epilepsy which is difficult to control by surgery and drugs,chemotherapy and radiotherapy can be used as an option,but any treatment must follow the principle of individualization.
