妊娠期糖尿病合并高脂血症的特点及其治疗进展

Characteristics and Treatment Progress of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hyperlipidemia

孕妇在正常妊娠期间会出现血脂水平的生理性升高,这对于胎儿和母体均有益处,有利于胎儿的正常发育和产后母乳需要,但血脂水平过高则不利于孕妇健康和胎儿发育。妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)合并高脂血症是妊娠期间的常见疾病,患者不仅存在高血糖,还伴有高脂血症,严重影响母婴健康。对于GDM合并高脂血症的治疗一般采用饮食加运动疗法,如果效果不佳,或血糖控制不好,则需要服用药物治疗。单纯西药治疗服药时间长,且不良反应大。目前关于GDM合并高脂血症的中药治疗研究较少,而中药治疗糖尿病效果显著,故其有望用于GDM合并高脂血症的治疗,但未来需进一步研究。

During the normal pregnancy,blood lipid level of the pregnant women will physiological increase,which is beneficial to both the fetus and the mother,good for the normal development of the fetus and postpartum breast milk needs,but overhigh blood lipid level is not conducive to the health of pregnant women and fetal development.Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)combined with hyperlipidemia is a common disease during pregnancy.The patients have not only hyperglycemia,but also hyperlipidemia,which seriously affects the maternal and natal health.Currently,the treatment of GDM combined with hyperlipidemia generally adopts diet and exercise therapy.If the effect is not well,or the blood glucose cannot be well controlled,drug therapy is needed.Pure western medicine therapy takes a long time and has serious adverse reactions.At present,there are few studies on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of GDM with hyperlipidemia,but the significant effect in diabetes suggests that it is also promising for the treatment of GDM with hyperlipidemia,while further research is still needed in the future.
