摘要
试验变电站的主要设备是高压电气试验设备,其能够及时测试和发现变电站在运行过程中出现的问题。对高压电气试验设备进行检测分析,有利于其故障排除和维护及加快推动电力行业发展。高压电气试验主要是测试设备的绝缘性能和运行状态,主要有以下测试项目:吸收比和极化指数测试、介电损耗和电容测试、直流泄漏电流测试、应变率测试、极性测试、空载损耗和负载损耗测试、直流电阻测试、过渡电阻测试、过渡时间测试、波形测试、分接开关的交流耐压测试、绕组变形测试、变压器油测试、局部放电测试等等。本文根据多年的工作经验,重点分析了高压电气试验设备的现状,并提出了相应的技术改进策略。
The main equipment of the test substation is high-voltage electrical test equipment,which can test and find out the problems in the operation of the substation in time.The test and analysis of high-voltage electrical test equipment is helpful to troubleshooting and maintenance and accelerate the development of power industry.The high voltage electrical test is mainly used to test the insulation performance and operation state of the equipment,and the test items includes the followings:absorption ratio and polarization index test,dielectric loss and capacitance test,DC leakage current test,strain rate test,polarity test,no-load loss and load loss test,DC resistance test,transition resistance test,transition time test,waveform test,tap on test,AC voltage withstand test,winding deformation test,transformer oil test,partial discharge test etc..Based on many years of work experience,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of high-voltage electrical test equipment,and puts forward the corresponding technical improvement strategies.
