摘要
轴承是燃机的重要工作部件,转子轴向力过大是引起轴承损坏的重要因素,因此在燃机设计过程中需要对转子的轴向力进行计算并结合试验情况进行适当的调整。本文针对某小型燃机,通过建立一维计算网络,分析了燃机内部空气系统流路结构对轴向力的影响,并针对燃机整机试验过程中出现的轴向力偏大问题进行了优化设计和试验验证。目前该小型燃机已经进入示范阶段,未出现轴向力过大的问题。
The bearings are important working parts of gas turbine.The excessive axial force of rotor is an important factor causing bearing damage.Therefore,in the process of gas turbine design,it is necessary to calculate the axial force of rotor and make appropriate adjustment according to the test conditions.In this paper,through the establishment of one-dimensional calculation network for a small gas turbine,the influence of the flow path structure of the internal air system of the gas turbine on the axial force is analyzed,and the optimization design and experimental verification are carried out for the problem of large axial force in the whole test process of the gas turbine.At present,this small gas turbine has entered the demonstration stage,and there is no problem of excessive axial force.
