宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症的研究进展

Research Progress of Combined Diagnosis and Treatment of Infertility by Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy

不孕症是临床上较为常见的一类生殖系统疾病。近年来随着年轻人生活饮食习惯的改变及环境因素、社会心理因素的影响,不孕症的发生率逐年升高。女性不孕的原因包括免疫因素、性传播疾病、基因染色体异常、宫腔粘连、输卵管连接部位病变、子宫畸形等。对于宫腔粘连等解除粘连,恢复正常解剖结构是治疗不孕的关键。近年来随着腔镜技术的发展,在女性不孕症的诊治中发挥重要作用。文章对宫腔镜与腹腔镜在女性不孕症诊治相关文献进行综述,以期为临床诊治工作提供参考。

Infertility is a kind of common reproductive system disease in clinic.In recent years,with the change of young people’s diet habits and the influence of environmental factors and social psychological factors,the incidence of infertility is increasing year by year.The causes of female infertility include immune factors,gene chromosomal abnormalities,intrauterine adhesions,fallopian tube junction lesions,uterine malformations and so on.The key to the treatment of infertility is to remove the adhesion and restore the normal anatomical structure.In recent years,with the development of endoscopic technology,it plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.This article reviews the related literature of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility,in order to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
