彩超诊断急性输尿管结石伴发肾周积液的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Acute Ureteral Calculi with Perirenal Effusion

目的:评价彩超诊断急性输尿管结石伴发肾周积液的价值,为急性输尿管结石伴发肾周积液患者的临床诊治工作的开展提供参考,进一步促进患者预后、提高患者安全性。方法:选择本院收治的急性输尿管结石伴发肾周积液以及非肾周积液患者,各取50例,作为观察1组、观察2组,总计100例,行彩超诊断,分析急性输尿管结石、肾周积液联系情况。结果:观察1组、观察2组患者肾脏积水程度、结石大小情况以及输尿管结石部位差异无显著性,P>0.05。组间疼痛指数评分比较,观察1组高于观察2组,P<0.05。结论:彩超诊断能够有效了解急性输尿管结石伴发肾周积液情况,从而为后续诊治工作的开展提供有价值的参考依据,促进患者预后。

Objective:To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute ureteral calculi with perirenal effusion,and to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute ureteral calculi with perirenal effusion,so as to further promote the prognosis and improve the safety of patients.Methods:Selected patients with acute ureteral stones with perinephric effusion and non-perirenal effusions admitted to our hospital.50 cases were selected as observation group 1 and observation group 2,totaling 100 cases.Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was performed to analyze the connection of acute ureteral stones and perinephric effusion.Results:There was no significant difference in the degree of hydronephrosis,the size of stones and the location of ureteral stones between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of pain index in group 1 was higher than that in group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:CDFI can effectively understand the perirenal effusion of acute ureteral calculi,so as to provide valuable reference for the follow-up diagnosis and treatment,and promote the prognosis of patients.
