摘要
文章以知乎为例探讨用户在社会化问答平台上的信息偶遇影响因素和行为过程,为提升社会化问答平台信息服务质量提供参考。通过半结构化访谈方法收集用户在社会化问答平台上的信息偶遇经历,利用Nvivo11.0对数据进行编码分析,构建信息偶遇整合模型。研究发现用户因素、环境因素、平台因素、信息因素对社会化问答平台用户的信息偶遇产生不同程度的影响,在社会化问答平台使用过程中,用户会经历信息偶遇前、信息偶遇中、信息偶遇后3个阶段,用户对偶遇到的信息会产生积极、中立和消极三种态度,从而会导致不同的行为结果。
The article explores the influencing factors and behavioral processes of users'information encountering on the social Q&A platform,and aims to provide references for improving the information service of the social Q&A platform.The article takes Zhihu.com as an example.It collects users'information encountering experiences on social Q&A platform through the semi-structured interview method,and uses Nvivo11.0 to encode and analyze the data to construct an information encountering integration model.Factors such as user,environment,platform and information have different degrees of influence on the information encountering of users on the social Q&A platform.In the process of using the social Q&A platform,users will go through three stages including before,during and after information encountering.Users show positive,neutralizing and negative attitudes towards the information they encountered,which will lead to different behavior results.
