Promoting the Strategy of Rural Revitalization:How Is It Possible for Grassroots Sports Social Organizations?What Can Be Done?

实施乡村振兴战略是党和国家的重大战略部署,基层体育社会组织在推动乡村振兴战略中大有可为。运用文献资料法等研究方法,分析乡村振兴战略的目标与使命,阐述推进乡村振兴过程中基层体育社会组织在促进产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕中的重要作用,进而从完善宏观布局,加强基层体育社会组织发展的顶层设计和制度保障;聚焦微观治理,提升基层体育社会组织自治能力;发挥协同作用,打造共建共治共享的基层体育社会组织治理新格局三个方面提出了基层体育社会组织推进乡村振兴战略的实现途径。

The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major strategic deployment of the party and the state,and grassroots sports social organizations have great potential in promoting it.This paper puts forward ways for basic level sports social organizations to promote the realization of Rural Revitalization Strategy by using the method of literature review and other research methods from the following three aspects.Firstly,this paper analyzes the goal and mission of Rural Revitalization Strategy,expounds the important role of grassroots sports social organizations in promoting industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and affluent life in the process of rural revitalization.In addition,from the perspective of improving the macro layout,it strengthens the top-level design and institutional guarantee of the development of grassroots sports social organizations.Secondly,it focuses on micro governance to enhance the autonomy of grass-roots sports social organizations.Thirdly,it proposed to play a synergistic role to create a new governance pattern of grass roots sports social organizations style of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.
