翻译学中国学派之发展理念探讨

Conceptual Underpinnings for the Development of a Chinese School of Translation Studies

《周易》弥纶天地之道,蕴含丰富的哲学思想。作者从中提炼出“生生”“变通”“中正”“思辨”“和合”五大哲学观念,将其定为翻译学中国学派之发展理念并逐一阐述。这些发展理念均一体两面,分别蕴含“创生、相生”“应变、求通”“执中、守正”“创思、明辨”“贵和、尚合”之义。它们彼此勾联,相生相成,衍生万象。万象归一,翻译研究中,一即译道。如斯理念在怀,翻译学中国学派致力于探究译道,为人类命运共同体作贡献。

Drawing on the philosophical wisdom of the Zhou Yi(Book of Changes),this paper proposes and expounds five conceptual pairs as what should underlie the development of a Chinese School of Translation Studies(CSTS).These are:creation and co-existence;change and exchange;impartiality and integrity;creative thinking and clear discernment;as well as harmony and integration.Guided by these mutually complementing concepts of development,the CSTS to be brought into being would strive to construct translation theories aimed at the One or the Dao(way)of translation,and would commit itself to the building of a community of shared future for mankind.
