百安洗液联合硝呋太尔制霉素治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Bai’an Lotion combined with nifuratel and nysfungin in treatment of mycotic vaginitis

目的探讨百安洗液联合硝呋太尔治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床研究。方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月在平煤神马医疗集团总医院妇产科就诊的128例霉菌性阴道炎患者,随机分成对照组(64例)和治疗组(64例)。对照组患者外用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊,于晚上临睡前清洗外阴后阴道给药,放入阴道后穹窿处,1粒/次,1次/d,连续外用7d。治疗组在对照组的基础上外用百安洗液,10 mL/次,2次/d,用温水稀释至100 mL冲洗阴道,连续使用7 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较两组临床症状治愈时间、血清氧化应激产物和血清炎性因子的变化情况。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率96.88%显著高于对照组的76.56%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者白带异常、外阴瘙痒、外阴阴道疼痛、黏膜充血等临床症状治愈时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组内皮素1(ET-1)、丙二醛(MDA)均显著降低,但一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者ET-1、MDA指标均低于对照组,而NO、SOD指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清炎性因子白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组这些血清炎性因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百安洗液联合硝呋太尔治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效显著,能明显改善相关临床症状和局部体征,有效降低氧化应激产物及炎症反应,临床应用安全有效,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bai’an Lotion combined with nifuratel and nysfungin in treatment of mycotic vaginitis.Methods A total of 128 patients with mycotic vaginitis who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group General Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group(64 cases)and treatment group(64 cases).Patients in the control group received Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules which was administered in the vagina after cleaning vulva before going to bed at night,and placed in the posterior fornix of the vagina,1 grain/time,for continuous external usage for 7 d.Patients in the treatment group were given Bai’an Lotion on the basis of the control group,10 mL/time,twice daily,and diluted to 100 mL with warm water to rinse the vagina,for consecutive 7 d.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the cure time of clinical symptoms,serum oxidative stress products and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of 96.88%in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that of control group(76.56%,P<0.05).After treatment,the cure time of clinical symptoms such as abnormal leucorrhea,vulva pruritus,vulva vaginal pain and mucosal congestion in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ET-1 and MDA were significantly decreased,but NO and SOD were significantly increased in two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,ET-1 and MDA in treatment group were lower than those in control group,while NO and SOD in treatment group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-4,IL-6,CRP,and TNF-αin two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of these serum inflammatory factors in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bai’an Lotion combined with nifuratel and nysfungin has curative effect in treatment of mycotic vaginitis,and can significantly improve the relevant clinical symptoms and local signs,and effectively reduce oxidative stress products and inflammatory response,which is safe and effective in clinical application,and has certain clinical application value.
