清喉利咽颗粒联合头孢呋辛酯治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Qinghou Liyan Granules combined with cefuroxime axetil in treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis

目的探讨清喉利咽颗粒联合头孢呋辛酯片治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月在天津医科大学中新生态城医院治疗的106例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者,随机分为对照组(53例)和治疗组(53例)。对照组口服头孢呋辛酯片,0.25 g/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服清喉利咽颗粒,5 g/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗5 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状消失时间,血清炎性因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组临床有效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组退热时间、咽痛消失时间及扁桃体脓性分泌物消失时间均明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清TNF-α、IL-6和hs-CRP水平均明显比治疗前低(P<0.05),且治疗组均明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论清喉利咽颗粒联合头孢呋辛酯片治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎能够明显减轻患者临床症状,抑制炎症反应,疗效显著,且安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qinghou Liyan Granules combined with cefuroxime axetil in treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods Patients(106 cases)with acute suppurative tonsillitis in Sino-Singapore Eco-City Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control(53 cases)and treatment(53 cases)groups.Patients in the control group were po administered with Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets,0.25 g/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qinghou Liyan Granules on the basis of the control group,5 g/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 5 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and serum levels of inflammatory IL-6,TNF-α,and hs-CRP in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the antipyretic time,the disappearance time of sore throat and the disappearance time of tonsil purulent secretion in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinghou Liyan Granules combined with Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis and inhibit inflammatory reaction,and the curative effect is remarkable with good safety.
