突发公共卫生事件中大学生健康信息搜索策略研究

Query Studies of Health Information Search in Public Health Emergency

【目的/意义】突发公共卫生事件的频发导致用户健康信息搜索行为日益普遍。以查询词为切入点,可以揭示突发公共卫生事件中大学生用户健康信息搜索行为规律与模式,为行为服务优化提供理论支撑。【方法/过程】本研究结合移动经验采样法、日记法与关键事件法,对突发公共卫生事件情境中大学生用户健康搜索中的查询词主题、查询词重构策略和重构策略转换等进行分析。【结果/结论】研究发现,本实验中用户最关注的健康信息主题以及出现频次最高的搜索路径均表现出时效性;其次,查询词重构的比例为40.5%,仅进行一次查询词重构的比例均接近50%以上,表现出健康信息搜索重构策略的快捷性;另外,查询词重构策略与主题高度关联,用户对不同主题信息有不同查询词重构策略偏好;再次,查询词重构策略之间延续性明显而交叉性较弱,健康信息搜索策略跳转路径呈现多样性特征;最后,用户的健康信息搜索策略具有目的驱动性。【创新/局限】因此,本研究考虑现实情境在用户健康信息搜索过程中的作用,具有较高的生态效度。

【Purpose/significance】In recent years, frequent public health emergencies have greatly affected the daily life of the public,leading to the increasing popularity of users’ health information search behavior. By using the query words as the entry point, it can reveal the behavior rules and patterns of college students’ health information searching under real circumstances, so as to provide theoretical support for user behavior service optimization in public health emergencies.【Method/process】Through real user experiments,this study combined mobile experience sampling method, diary method and critical incident technique, and analyzed the three dimensions of query subject, query reconstruction strategy and query reconstruction strategy transformation from the perspective of information search query word.【Result/conclusion】The results show that the topic of health information that users pay most attention to and the search path that appears most frequently in this experiment show timeliness. Second, only 40.5% of college student users reconstructed query words, and nearly 50% of college student users reconstructed query words at one time, which shows that the user’s health information search reconstruction strategy is fast. In addition, the query reconstruction strategy is highly correlated with the topic. Again, the continuity between query word reconstruction strategies is obvious but the intersections are weak, and there is a tendency to transform to relevant search, and the jump path diversity of health information search strategies is obvious;Finally, the user’s health information search strategy is purpose-driven.【Innovation/limitation】Therefore, this study considers the role of realistic situation in the search process of users’ health information and has high ecological validity.
