The research progress of hypothermia therapy time window after cardiac arrest

摘要 心脏骤停(cardiac arrest,CA)是常见的临床急症之一,该类急症的特点是心脏射血功能的突然终止,造成全身血液循环中断、呼吸停止和意识丧失。心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)作为目前国际公认的首要抢救措施,在心脏骤停的治疗中始终起着最中心的作用。在过去的半个世纪里,对心脏骤停的研究主要集中在提高自主循环恢复(return of spontaneous circulation,ROSC)的发生率上,并且取得了显著的进展,然而,许多干预措施改善ROSC后,却没有改善患者的长期生存率。 With the popularity of cardiopulmonary resuscitation technology, the success rate of spontaneous circulation restoration gradually increase. But the mortality and morbidity rate remains stubbornly high, which is caused by the whole brain ischemia reperfusion injury after cardiac arrest. We may reduce the mortality rate, improve the prognosis and reverse the injury only if we can seize the best moment and adopt efficient treatment. Hypothermia therapy is the only recognized effective treatment. The difficulty lies in when to start, what temperature to take at different point-in-time, and when to stop. This article will review the research progress of hypothermia therapy time window after cardiac arrest, in order to provide references for clinic.
