新型免还原清洗剂在T/C针织物染整生产中的应用

Application of new non-reduction cleaning agent in the dyeing and finishing of T/C knitted fabric

在常规皂洗条件下,采用免还原清洗剂JINCOLOR FR对染色T/C针织物进行一次皂洗染色,可获得与传统二浴二步法染色工艺相当的布面效果和色牢度,开发出一种新型免还原清洗染色工艺。大生产表明,免还原清洗剂JINCOLOR FR应用于T/C针织物染色后的清洗处理,可充分去除T/C针织物上的浮色,在保证色牢度指标的同时简化工艺流程,提高生产效率,降低水、电、气能源消耗,减少废水排放量和废水COD值,提高效益。

Under the condition of conventional soaping,the dyed T/C knitted fabric was soaped with JINCOLOR FR,a new type of non reduction cleaning dyeing process was developed,which was equivalent to the traditional two bath twostep dyeing process.The large-scale production showed that the application of reduction-free cleaning agent JINCOLOR FR in the cleaning treatment of T/C knitted fabrics after dyeing could fully remove the floating color of the T/C knitted fabrics,ensuring the color fastness index,simplifying the process flow,improving the production efficiency,reducing the consumption of water,electricity and steam energy,decreasing the discharge and COD value of wastewater,and increasing profits simultaneously.
