摘要
石油、化工、煤炭、加油站、电子等行业危电、放电造成的火灾隐患与事故多。从安全、持久性、合理性的要求出发,开发功能性的防静电面料。在纯棉、T/C、CVC面料中按一定间距镶嵌锦纶基导电包覆纱,选用锦纶导电包覆纱进行防静电设计,防止出现经条、纬向横档疵点,并对锦纶基导电丝、防静电效果进行合理性评价。
There are many fire hazards and accidents caused by dangerous electricity and discharge in petroleum,chemical industry,coal,gas station,electronics and other industries.From the requirements of safety,durability and rationality,functional anti-static fabrics are developed.Nylon based conductive coated yarn was embedded in pure cotton,T/C and CVC fabrics with certain spacing.Nylon conductive covering yarn was selected for anti-static design to prevent warp and weave-direction transverse defects,and the reasonable evaluation of nylon based conductive wire and anti-static effect was carried out.
