胰岛素泵在2型糖尿病患者中的应用进展

Application of Insulin Pump in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

2型糖尿病是临床上最为常见的一类代谢性疾病,是由于胰岛素抵抗时β细胞产生的胰岛素不足引起的。目前,全球约有3.92亿2型糖尿病患者,相当于世界人口的6%。现阶段在2型糖尿病治疗过程中主要采用口服降糖类药物进行治疗,但是单纯的药物治疗方法还难以获得良好的治疗效果,也就需要相关医学人员能够进行2型糖尿病治疗模式的不断优化与完善。胰岛素的问世大大改善了患者的预后,胰岛素泵的广泛应用对于患者血糖的控制起到了重要作用。本文对近年来胰岛素泵在2型糖尿病患者中的应用情况进行一简要综述。

Type 2 diabetes is the most common type of metabolic disease in clinical practice.It is caused by insufficient insulin produced byβcells during insulin resistance.Currently,there are approximately 392 million type 2 diabetes patients in the world,equivalent to 6%of the world's population.At present,oral hypoglycemic drugs are mainly used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.However,it is difficult to get good therapeutic effect by simple drug treatment.It is necessary for relevant medical personnel to optimize and improve the treatment mode of type 2 diabetes.The advent of insulin has greatly improved the prognosis of patients,and the wide application of insulin pumps has played an important role in the control of patients'blood sugar.This article provides a brief review of the recent application of insulin pumps in patients with type 2 diabetes.
