Evaluation of Clinical Application of BacT/Alert 3D Automatic Blood Culture Instrument

目的:评价Bact/Alert 3D全自动血培养仪临床使用情况。方法:Bact/Alert 3D组向配套血培养瓶中注入标本送检,商品化人工血培养组,向双相血培养瓶中注入标本送检。分析Bact/Alert 3D组不同时间的真菌、细菌检出情况,统计分析Bact/Alert 3D组和商品化人工血培养组真菌、细菌检出情况。结果:Bact/Alert 3D组3510份标本中,569份为阳性标本,阳性率为16.2%,其中636株为细菌,23株为真菌,≤1d、1~2d、2~3d、>3d检出率分别为70.3%、23.1%、3.9%、1.2%。商品化人工血培养组2667份标本中,266株为阳性标本,阳性率为10.0%。Bact/Alert 3D组检出阳性率显著高于商品化人工血培养组(P<0.05)。结论:Bact/Alert 3D全自动血培养仪临床使用价值高。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical use of Bact/Alert 3D automatic blood culture instrument.Methods:Bact/Alert 3D group was injected into the matching blood culture bottle for examination,and the commercial artificial blood culture group was injected into the biphasic blood culture bottle for examination.The detection of fungi and bacteria in Bact/Alert 3D group at different times was analyzed.The detection of fungi and bacteria in Bact/Alert 3D group and commercial artificial blood culture group were statistically analyzed.Results:Of the 3510 specimens in the Bact/Alert 3D group,569 were positive specimens with a positive rate of 16.2%,of which 636 were bacteria and 23 were fungi,≤1d,1-2d,2-3d,>3d.The rates were 70.3%,23.1%,3.9%,and 1.2%,respectively.Of the 2667 specimens in the commercial artificial blood culture group,266 were positive specimens,and the positive rate was 10.0%.The positive rate of Bact/Alert 3D group was significantly higher than that of commercial artificial blood culture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bact/Alert 3D automatic blood culture instrument has high clinical value.
