希森美康XS-1000i分析仪血常规复检规则的建立与探究

The Establishment and Exploration of Sysmex XS-1000i Analyzer Blood Routine Re-examination Rules

目的:建立本院血涂片复检检规则,对其加以正确评估。方法:选择日本生产希森美康XS-1000i分析仪,选取2019年6月3日~2019年6月13日收治于本院的100例患者血常规标本作为研究对象,通过双盲规则对其进行血常规的规则评估。结果:在复检评估之后,发现规则编号1中,没有出现真阳性、假阳性与假阴性的情况;编号2中出现真阳性2例、假阳性1例、假阴性2例;编号3中出现真阳性5例、假阳性2例、假阴性0例;编号4中出现真阳性6例、假阳性0例、假阴性2例;编号5中没有出现真阳性、假阳性、假阴性的情况,合计真阳性为13例,真阳性率为13%、假阳性为3例、假阳性率为3%、假阴性4例、假阴性率为4%。结论:希森美康XS-1000i分析仪血常规复检规则的建立效果良好,可以显著的筛查出异常群体,促使工作人员高效地复检异常标本,完成工作任务,提高血常规检测的准确性。

Objective:To establish the rules for re-examination of blood smears in our hospital and evaluate them correctly.Methods:The Sysmex XS-1000i analyzer was selected from Japan,and 100 patients with routine blood samples admitted to our hospital from June 3,2019 to June 13,2019 were selected as the research object,and the double-blind rule was used to control the blood samples.Conduct regular blood routine assessments.Result:After the re-examination and evaluation,it was found that there were no true positives,false positives and false negatives in rule number 1;there were 2 true positives,1 false positive,and 2 false negatives in number 2,in number 3 there were 5 true positives,2 false positives,and 0 false negatives;6 true positives,0 false positives,and 2 false negatives appeared in number 4;there were no true positives,false positives,and false negatives in number 5.In total,there were 13 true positives,13%true positives,3 false positives,3%false positives,4 false negatives,and 4%false negatives.Conclusion:The establishment of Sysmex XS-1000i analyzer blood routine re-examination rules has a good effect,which can significantly screen out abnormal groups,prompt staff to re-examine abnormal specimens efficiently,complete tasks,and improve the accuracy of blood routine testing.
