无创正压通气与支气管镜联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation Combined with Bronchoscopy in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure

目的:探究无创正压通气(NIPPV)与支气管镜联用治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年8月~2019年9月本院收治的70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分2组,即对照组、实验组各35例。对照组用无创正压通气治疗,实验组用无创正压通气与支气管镜联用治疗,对比两组患者的血气指标、肺功能指标、临床总有效率。结果:实验组血气指标优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组肺功能指标高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者行无创正压通气治疗中,联合支气管镜治疗,既可改善肺功能与血气指标,还可提高治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV)combined with bronchoscopy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with respiratory failure.Methods:70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely the control group and the experimental group with 35 cases each.The control group was treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,and the experimental group was treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation combined with bronchoscopy.The blood gas indexes,lung function indexes,and clinical total effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The blood gas indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the lung function indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure underwent non-invasive positive pressure ventilation therapy,combined bronchoscopy therapy can not only improve lung function and blood gas indicators,but also improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of promotion.
