磁共振成像技术在跟腱外伤诊断中的应用探讨

Application of MRI in the Diagnosis of Achilles Tendon Injury

目的:分析磁共振成像技术在跟腱外伤诊断中的应用效果。方法:研究对象为本院2019年1月~2019年10月收治的经手术病理确诊的42例跟腱外伤患者,包括15例不完全性跟腱撕裂患者、16例完全性跟腱撕裂患者和11例跟腱内局限撕裂患者。对所有患者均分别应用CT技术和磁共振成像技术进行诊断,将诊断结果分别记为对照组和研究组,观察两组诊断结果的诊断准确率。结果:研究组总诊断准确率为95.24%,其中不完全性跟腱撕裂诊断准确率93.33%、完全性跟腱撕裂诊断准确率100.00%和跟腱内局限撕裂诊断准确率95.24%;对照组总诊断准确率为72.73%,其中不完全性跟腱撕裂诊断准确率80.00%、完全性跟腱撕裂诊断准确率81.25%和跟腱内局限撕裂诊断准确率63.64%。组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振成像技术在跟腱外伤诊断中具有较高的诊断准确率,效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the effect of MRI in the diagnosis of Achilles tendon injury.Methods:42 patients with Achilles tendon injury diagnosed by surgery and pathology were enrolled in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019,including 15 patients with incomplete Achilles tendon tear,16 patients with complete Achilles tendon tear and 11 patients with localized Achilles tendon tear.All patients were diagnosed by CT and MRI respectively.The diagnosis results were recorded as the control group and the study group.The diagnostic accuracy of the two groups was observed.Results:The total diagnostic accuracy of the study group was 95.24%,including 93.33%for incomplete Achilles tendon tear,100.00%for complete Achilles tendon tear and 95.24%for localized Achilles tendon tear.The total diagnostic accuracy of the control group was 72.73%,including 80.00%for incomplete Achilles tendon tear,81.25%for complete Achilles tendon tear and 63.64%for localized Achilles tendon tear.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of Achilles tendon injury,and the effect is significant.
