急性ST段抬高心梗治疗中金属裸支架和药物洗脱支架的临床结果对比

Comparison of Alinical Outcomes of Metal Bare Stents and Drug-eluting Stents in the Treatment of Acute St-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

目的:对比急性ST段抬高心梗治疗中金属裸支架和药物洗脱支架的临床结果。方法:随机抽取96例患者,均是于2016年2月~2018年3月在本院中接受治疗的急性ST段抬高心梗患者,任意分成两组,一组为G组患者人数为48例,采用药物洗脱支架,另一组为D组患者人数为48例,采用金属裸支架,对比两组临床特点、冠状动脉造影与PCI治疗情况、住院期间的安全性、远期随访结果。结果:G组与D组患者的左室功能、住院天数以及心肌酶峰值等无明显不同。G组与D组各有3例死亡,住院期间出现心脏事件的几率偏小。对比两组所选的内架直径,G组支架偏小、偏长(P<0.05)。G组与D组患者介入治疗之后IRA前向血流达到TIMI3级的比例无明显不同。D组相比于G组患者心绞痛发生率更高(P<0.05)。D组相比于G组患者无心脏事件生存率更低(P<0.05)。结论:急性ST段抬高心梗治疗中金属裸支架和药物洗脱支架的临床结果相差不大,均有显著疗效且非常安全。

Objective:To compare the clinical results of metal bare stents and drug-eluting stents in the treatment of acute st-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods:A random sample of 96 patients,all was from February 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital for treatment of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(ami),random divided into two groups,one group to group G number of 48 cases of patients,use drug-eluting stents,another group to group D number of 48 cases of patients,with bare metal stents,compared two groups of clinical characteristics,coronary angiography and PCI treatment,hospitalization,long-term follow-up results of security.Results:There was no significant difference in left ventricular function,length of stay and myocardial enzyme peak between group G and group D.There were 3 deaths in G group and 3 deaths in D group.Compared with the inner frame diameter selected in the two groups,the bracket in group G was smaller and longer(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group G and group D in the proportion of patients whose IRA blood flow reached TIMI3 after interventional therapy.The incidence of angina was higher in group D than in group G(P<0.05).Patients in group D had lower survival without cardiac events than those in group G(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference between the clinical results of metal bare stents and drug-eluting stents in the treatment of acute st-segment elevation myocardial infarction.
