正确识别心电监护仪波形对心肌梗死患者的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Correctly Identifying the Waveform of Electrocardiogram on Patients with Myocardial Infarction

目的:研究正确识别心肌梗死患者的心电监护仪波形对患者的影响。方法:从本院2019年1月~2020年1月收治的心肌梗死患者中抽取96例患者分为两组,即试验组(48例)与常规组(48例),常规组患者采用常规监护方法,试验组患者在此基础上加强人员的培训,使其正确识别心电监护仪波形,对比两组患者的住院时间、发现患者心律失常时间以及患者对监护的满意评分。结果:试验组患者的住院时间、发现患者心律失常时间均短于常规组,试验组患者监护满意评分高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对人员加强培训,使其正确识别心肌梗死患者的心电监护仪波形能够及时掌握患者病情变化,从而采取相应的措施,促进患者恢复,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective:To study the effect of ECG waveform on patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:96 patients from myocardial infarction patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into two groups,namely the experimental group(48 cases)and the conventional group(48 cases).The patients in the conventional group used conventional monitoring methods,and the patients in the experimental group were based on this strengthen the training of personnel so that they can correctly identify the waveform of the ECG monitor,compare the hospitalization time of the two groups of patients,the time when the patients are found to have arrhythmia,and the patients’satisfaction scores for monitoring.Results:The hospitalization time and arrhythmia time of the patients in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group.The monitoring satisfaction score of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the training of personnel so that they can correctly identify the waveform of the ECG monitor in patients with myocardial infarction can timely grasp the changes in the patient’s condition,so as to take corresponding measures to promote the recovery of patients,which has certain clinical application value.
